Salem NH Boundary Survey
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m preparing to renovate a 50-year-old home in Salem, New Hampshire and need a Boundary survey carried out to support the upcoming construction work. The town will require an up-to-date, professionally stamped plan that I can file with my building permit application and share with contractors.
At the moment the only document I can provide is the tax record for the lot, so you would be starting essentially from scratch—locating and confirming all corner monuments, measuring frontage, sides, rear lines and any encroachments, then preparing a clear CAD and PDF deliverable.
To keep the project on track I’d like:
• Field work scheduled within the next few weeks
• A draft plan for review shortly after the field visit
• Final signed and sealed survey plan (digital + two paper copies) once any revisions are addressed
