SPM Machine Detailed Mechanical Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have an in-house concept for a new Special Purpose Machine and now need someone to turn that idea into build-ready documentation. The goal is purely mechanical design: full 3D modelling supported by clear 2D drafting, all taken to detailed-design level so my fabricators can move straight to manufacturing.
Scope
• Build a complete parametric 3D model of the SPM, capturing every moving part, fastener, and interface.
• Generate fully-dimensioned 2D drawings (assembly and individual parts) with tolerances, material call-outs, and BOM tags.
• Use mainstream CAD such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo so I can edit files later.
Acceptance criteria
1. Native CAD files plus neutral formats (STEP, PDF for drawings).
2. Assembly verified for fit, reach, and motion; no interferences when I run a basic check.
3. A clean, itemised BOM matching drawing balloons.
I’ll supply the functional layout, key loads, and preferred components as soon as we start. If you have questions on mechanisms or standards, let’s discuss them early so the first pass already aligns with my manufacturing practices.
