Rustic Timber Chalet Addition Drawings

I'm seeking an experienced drafter to create detailed construction drawings for a 1730 s.f. addition to our existing 1612 s.f. house. The design style is Rustic Timber Mountain Chalet. Will want to incorporate wood beam accents throughout entire dwelling to create rustic timber look. Existing home has none. New addition on first floor is primarily Master Bedroom Retreat with vaulted T&G ceiling and either real or faux exposed beams. Adjacent to the master bedroom is an 11' x 18' Master Closet and 9' x 15' M. Bathroom. Changes to the existing house: the dining room will bump out 6' and the stairs in the living room will be relocated next to the front door and will ascend to the 2nd floor outside the current dwelling, fireplace/woodstove will be relocated to where the stairs were in the living rm, existing M bath will be extended 6'. The existing upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms will all be reconfigured as shown in the hand drawings. The hand drawings do not show any wood beam accents or rustic features. These must be incorporated where possible to create a Mountain Chalet feel.

- Experience with 1/8" scale drawings and graph paper interpretation.
