Rustic Basement Blueprint Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am ready to turn my unfinished basement into a warm, Rustic living space and need a clear, builder-ready layout to guide the next steps. The plan must carve out the following areas:
• Bedroom
• Bathroom
• Entertainment area
• Home theatre
• Gym
• Open play space for kids
Because my current budget only allows for an initial pass, I am asking for a basic blueprint that covers:
1. Scaled floor plan with accurate room dimensions and wall placements.
2. Logical traffic flow between the listed areas, keeping sightlines open where possible.
3. Suggested locations for essential rough-ins such as plumbing for the bathroom and power drops for the home theatre and gym equipment.
4. One round of minor revisions once I review the first draft.
A simple 2D PDF is sufficient, though a quick 3D sketch or isometric view is welcome if it does not add significant time. Please keep the Rustic feel in mind when placing structural or decorative elements; reclaimed wood beams, stone accents, or similar touches should influence room proportions and suggested material notes.
