Row House Electrical & Plumbing 2D Drawings

I have a row-house plan ready for construction and now need clear 2D layouts for both plumbing and electrical services. The scope is limited to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and I want each service shown on its own layer so the trades can read them independently.
Plumbing drawing
• Show every pipe route from supply to fixture and through the drainage system.
• Locate all fixtures precisely, labelling sizes and connection points.
• Lay out the full drainage scheme so fall directions and cleanouts are obvious.
Electrical drawing
• Trace every wiring route back to the panel.
• Mark exact outlet and switch locations with mounting heights.
• Position all lighting fixtures and note control points.
Accuracy and coordination are important—pipe paths should not clash with cable runs, and both drawings must stay consistent with the architectural floor plan.
