Roof Redesign & Plan Set

I’m removing the steep 12 × 12 roof from my two-story house, framing new upper-level walls, and topping everything with a gentler pitch. To move forward, I need a complete, scaled drawing package:

• New second-story floor plan that adds one or more bedrooms while fitting the revised roofline
• Framing plan for the added walls and any structural changes below
• Engineered roof-truss plan suited to the lower pitch
• Exterior elevations in a classic Colonial style, finished in vinyl siding

Please draft everything to scale, supply both PDF and editable CAD files, and note any key code references so a local engineer can stamp them if required.
