Roof Redesign & Full Villa CAD

I already drafted the ground and first floors of my three-storey villa in 2-D, but the roof still needs work. You will receive my current pdf files plus a scanned hand-sketch PDF that shows the roof concept I am unhappy with. I want the roof layout altered to match a revised sketch I will supply the moment we start.

Scope of work
• Convert the entire villa—ground floor, first floor and the new roof—into one consistent AutoCAD file, ready for layering and printing.
• Redraw the roof plan exactly as indicated on my updated sketch, making sure the geometry ties cleanly into the existing walls and stair core (max 185.5 sqm)
• Produce a structural set that covers load-bearing walls, beams and columns, and roof trusses so an engineer can run calculations without redrafting.

Deliverables
1. DWG file containing the full architectural floor plans (ground, first, roof) with clear layers and dimensions.
2. Separate PDF sheets of each floor ready for A1 printing.
3. Structural drawings in DWG and PDF showing load paths, beam schedules, column sizing and truss layout.

Acceptance criteria
• Roof layout matches the revised sketch within ±5 mm.
• All structural elements are coordinated with the architectural grid.
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2019 or later and print to scale at 1:100.
