Rhino Architectural Model to AutoCAD Drawings -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to re-draw a floor plan into AutoCAD. Example attached. The drawings must be accurate & drawn in AutoCAD (not exported from another program). A template will be provided.

I am an Australian architect working on residential projects, including renovations and new builds. I model in Rhino and produce AutoCAD drawings. This is a paid test job, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate.
