Revised Floorplan for County Permit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the base floorplan in PDF and need it revised so my steel builder can fabricate accurately and Los Angeles County can approve it without questions. The scope is strictly layout-related: relocating a few doors and windows and correcting their swings so they match the way the building will actually be assembled. No structural re-engineering or code research is required, just a clean, updated plan that slots straight into the permit package.
You’ll be working from the original drawing set I provide. I expect an updated floorplan sheet (PDF) —showing the new door and window locations, clear swing indicators, and matching tags. Layering, dimensions and notes should follow standard drafting conventions so the county reviewer can trace every change at a glance.
If you have done permit-ready revisions for Los Angeles or any other stringent jurisdiction, this will be a quick, familiar assignment. When you respond, link to or attach a sample of past work that shows similar layout tweaks; one page is enough to demonstrate your drafting clarity. Let me know how soon you can turn the first draft—speed matters because the steel package is queued for fabrication as soon as the county signs off.
Looking forward to a concise, precise update that keeps the project moving.
