Revise Wooden House Plans
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have three inspiration drawings for small timber-frame houses insulated with straw—30 m², 60 m² and 75 m². I now need each of them redrawn from scratch so that the files carry the exact dimensions we will build from, fresh call-outs/quotes on every sheet and a few design tweaks I will outline once we start.
Core changes
• Adjust the room and wall dimensions where noted.
• Insert updated descriptive notes/quotes throughout the drawings.
• Refresh selected design elements to match our current concept while keeping the overall construction system (wood structure, straw infill) intact.
Required set for every model
• Clean, clearly dimensioned floor plan at proper architectural scale.
• Two full building sections that show structure, insulation and floor-to-ceiling heights.
• All four elevations with levels, opening sizes and exterior finishes called out.
Please deliver printable PDFs plus editable CAD files (DWG or comparable). Line weights, text and symbols must remain legible when printed at A3. I will provide the original inspiration sketches and mark-ups immediately after awarding so you can get started right away.
