Revise Walls in AutoCAD Drawings
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have three structural DWG files where the walls and partitions no longer match the latest site layout. The rest of the framing is correct, so I only need precise edits to those wall components—no new elements, no demo work, just clean modifications to what is already there.
You’ll open each file in AutoCAD, adjust the wall geometry and any associated hatch patterns, ensure the layer naming stays consistent with the original set, and keep all existing references (grids, dimensions, x-refs) intact. Once the walls line up with the red-lined PDF I’ll provide, regenerate any affected schedules or callouts so they reflect the new lengths and locations.
Deliverables:
• Updated DWG for each of the three sheets
• PDF plots showing the revised walls highlighted for easy review
I’ll review the PDFs for alignment and layer cleanliness; once approved, you can send the final DWGs. The job is straightforward but accuracy is critical, so only take it on if you’re comfortable fine-tuning structural wall details without disturbing surrounding elements.
