Revise Garage Conversion Plans
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
The single-storey garage on my property is already stripped back and partially renovated. I now need an updated set of architectural drawings that converts this space into a fully self-contained, modern studio apartment.
Scope of the amendment
• Re-work the existing plan so the current garage area contains an open-plan living area, kitchen and bathroom.
• Design a rear extension that adds two separate bedrooms while maintaining a cohesive modern aesthetic inside and out.
• Produce all drawings required for planning approval and building-control sign-off: scaled floor plans, elevations, roof plan, sections and construction notes.
• Integrate structural details, insulation values and any services runs so the contractor can build directly from the documents.
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings are delivered in editable CAD (DWG) plus printable PDF formats.
2. Layout meets Irish Building Regulations for minimum room sizes, fire escape and ventilation.
3. Modern exterior materials and internal finishes are specified at outline level.
4. Two rounds of minor revisions are included to satisfy the local authority or builder feedback.
If you need the current survey files or site photos, I will supply them immediately after project award.
