We are looking to transform our 750 sq ft office space into a modern, professional, and efficient workspace. The goal is to create an inviting atmosphere for clients and a productive environment for our team.
We need a freelance interior designer (local or remote with digital plans) to handle the complete design and planning process.
Scope of Work:
Layout planning: Efficient use of the space for workstations, meeting area, reception, storage, etc.
Furniture planning: Ergonomic and space-saving furniture recommendations
Lighting design: Bright, well-distributed, and energy-efficient lighting
Color scheme & branding: Integrate our brand colors into the interior
Material & finish selection: Flooring, wall treatments, and fixtures
2D/3D design renders: To visualize the space before execution
Execution guidance (optional): Vendor coordination or design supervision
Requirements:
Proven experience with office interior design projects (please share your portfolio)
Ability to work with a specific budget (to be discussed)
Knowledge of ergonomics, space optimization, and brand aesthetics
Deliver digital design plans that can be executed locally (if remote)
Deliverables:
Mood board / concept design
Layout plan (CAD or similar)
2D and/or 3D renders of the proposed setup
Suggested furniture, lighting, and decor list with links or vendors
Optional: Execution support or remote coordination
