Restaurant MEP Layout Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need straightforward, code-compliant electrical and plumbing drawings for an existing restaurant just outside Boston. The building is already built, so this is a documentation exercise rather than a full design job.
Electrical scope
• Show the lighting layout clearly, labeling each fixture type.
• Indicate every outlet and switch location, tying them back to the nearest panel or J-box as needed.
(No wiring diagram is required at this stage.)
Plumbing scope
• Trace all water-supply runs from the main to each fixture.
• Map the complete drainage network, including vents, clean-outs, and slope notes where applicable and if visible.
I have a hand drawn floor plan.
