Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need complete MEP coordination drawings and calculations for a residential development that calls for a complex electrical and low-voltage package, all prepared to current Indian Standards and the National Building Code.
Scope of work
• Electrical design and drafting – cable sizing for LV, MV and HV feeders, lighting and power layouts, wall elevations, earthing, distribution-board schedules, main single-line schematic and a detailed cable schedule.
• Low-voltage systems – CCTV routing, addressable fire-alarm layouts and an integrated cable-tray plan sized from your calculations.
• Engineering calculations – connected-load summary, demand load, voltage-drop and earth-fault studies, plus tray-fill and derating checks.
• Documentation – Excel BOQ for every electrical and low-voltage item, cable-tray sizing sheet and any supporting calculation notes needed for statutory submission.
• Quality support – drawings ready for panel inspection/testing on site; I will supply red-line feedback for your final as-built set.
Preferred output: AutoCAD (DWG) drawings with layered, plot-ready sheets, and all calculations in unlocked Excel files.
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings follow IS codes, NBC legends and my title-block format.
2. Calculation sheets cross-reference drawing tag numbers.
3. BOQ totals reconcile with cable schedules.
4. Final package passes an internal peer review without major comments.
Provide a brief outline of your approach, similar past residential work samples, and the timeframe you need to deliver the first draft set once I share architectural backgrounds.
