Residential Subdivision Planning Drawings for draftsperson / building designer / architectural technician
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
• I am seeking a draftsperson / building designer / architectural technician to clean up and formalise an existing set of measured drawings for a VicSmart subdivision + minor heritage works planning application in the City of Yarra (North Fitzroy, Melbourne).
• No design work is required.
• The building already exists and no new construction is proposed (other than infilling one skylight in sawtooth roof).
• This task is documentation, annotation, compliance and a high level of presentation only.
Scope of Work
• Convert existing measured drawings (PDF) into clean, accurate CAD drafting
Produce:
1. Roof Plan
2. Ground Floor Plan
3. First Floor Plan
4. Four Elevations
5. Small Roof Detail Sheet (showing skylight infill)
Deliverables:
Final Planning Drawing Set High-resolution PDF
Ready for VicSmart submission
Working Files DWG (or Revit/Archicad/Vectorworks)
Must be fully editable for architect/surveyor/engineer use later
Working files are required – not just PDFs.
Experience Required
• Please only apply if you have experience preparing planning drawing sets and an understanding of Victorian / City of Yarra planning documentation formatting
• Confidence producing clean, organised drawing sheets suitable for council lodgement
What I Will Provide
Existing measured drawings (PDF attached)- additional photos will be provided to the individual selected to produce this work.
Timing:
Ideally completed within 5–10 days, but open to discussion.
