Residential Site & Permit Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to move my residential project into permitting and need a concise drawing package that satisfies my local authority. The scope breaks into two parts:
• A basic yet code-compliant site plan for my existing residential lot. It must clearly illustrate the building footprint, proposed parking layout, and on-site utility runs in relation to property lines and any easements.
• A permit set for the coming renovation/construction phase. This should expand on the site plan with floor plans, elevations, sections, and any notes or schedules the building department typically requests for a residential submission.
I will supply current measurements, photos, and any survey data I have. Deliverables should be returned in PDF for permit submittal and an editable CAD file (DWG or similar) for future revisions. If you routinely add title blocks or jurisdiction-specific checklists, include those so the package is ready for a straight upload to the permitting portal.
Accuracy, clarity, and a quick turnaround are more important than photorealistic detail; I simply need drawings that pass review the first time.
