Residential Site & Foundation Plans

I need detailed site and foundation plans for a residential building to submit for permit revisions. I have plans already, so this would be for changes/revisions.

Requirements:
- Accurate and compliant with local building codes
- Use existing drawings as reference

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with residential construction plans
- Knowledge of local zoning and permit requirements
