Residential Roof Redesign Drawings

I’m updating the roof on my residential property and need clear, build-ready drawings for my structural engineer. The existing roof will stay in place but its shape must change after partial removal so I’m looking for:

• One accurate 2D roof plan showing the proposed outline, slopes, and key dimensions
• Matching elevation views that illustrate the new geometry and tie-in points to the current structure
• A concise notes sheet identifying materials, load paths, and any critical details the engineer will need

I can supply photos, basic measurements, and the original house plans. You’ll translate that information into clean CAD files (AutoCAD) plus PDFs for easy sharing. A medium level of detail is ideal—enough for the engineer to redesign the frame without diving into full construction documents.
