Residential Revit 2D-3D Plans

I need a complete set of 2D drawings and a matching 3D model produced in Revit for a residential project. The scope covers architecture, structure and all fluid networks (plumbing / HVAC). For now, a basic plan level of detail is enough—I mainly want clean room layouts, primary structural elements and routed mains for the services so I can iterate later.

You will start from sketches and notes I already have; if anything is unclear we can clarify before you model. Deliver the native .rvt file plus printable PDFs of the floor plans, sections and simple perspective views. DWG export would be a bonus but not essential.

There is no strict deadline, so take the time you need to keep the geometry tidy and layer naming consistent. Accuracy and an organised Revit file structure matter more to me than speed.
