Residential Remodel Permit Floor Plan

I need a clear, code-ready floor plan for a residential interior remodel that will be submitted to my local permitting office. The project covers three specific areas: creating two new bedrooms by adding non-load-bearing walls and updating an existing bathroom layout.

Scope
• Produce a fully dimensioned floor plan that shows existing walls versus new walls, door and window locations, and accurate room labels.
• Include basic plumbing and electrical fixture locations for the bathroom and new bedrooms (outlets, switches, lights, and the revised bath fittings).
• Add key code and egress notes required by most U.S. residential building departments.
• Provide both PDF sheets ready for permit submission and an editable file (DWG or RVT).

I will supply rough sketches, measurements, and any city checklists I receive. Drawings should follow standard architectural conventions and fit on 24" × 36" sheets. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but I’m happy to review one round of revisions for compliance clarity.
