Residential Property Block Plan Design

I need a precise block plan drawn for a single-family residential site. The drawing has to be clear enough for planning approval and contractor use, showing the full plot outline, existing building footprint, access points, and any visible garden or driveway areas that help situate the house on the land.

Please work to a recognised planning scale (1:200 or 1:500 are typical, but advise if you see a better fit) and include a north arrow, scale bar, key dimensions, and the ordnance/grid reference if available. Accuracy is more important than artistry, though a clean, well-presented layout will be appreciated.
