Residential Pool Equipment Layout

I’m preparing to build a rectangular backyard pool and I need a clear, build-ready equipment layout that shows every piece of hardware in the right place from day one. The pool is purely residential, so efficiency, low noise, and easy future maintenance matter almost as much as reliability.

Scope
• One rectangular swimming pool with an attached hot tub
• Integrated LED lighting running off a dedicated low-voltage circuit

What I need from you
1. A scaled plan view that pinpoints pumps, filter, heater, chlorinator/sanitiser, valves, and all plumbing runs—including the separate line set required for the hot-tub jets and its air loop.
2. A simple schematic of the electrical feed for the lighting, listing breaker size, conduit path, and controller location.
3. A concise equipment schedule (make, model, flow rate or wattage) so I can source gear without guesswork.

File formats: PDF for permitting, and the original CAD (DWG, DXF, or similar) so my contractor can tweak if field conditions change.
