We require a professional drawing/site plan for a subdivided residential plot of approximately 30 marla (~8,200 sq ft).

The overall plot dimensions are approximately:

- Front: 71 ft
- Rear: 62 ft
- Left side: 127 ft
- Right side: 119 ft

The land is divided into four portions:


- P1: ~6.85 marla
- P2: ~7.53 marla
- P3: ~11.5 marla
- P4: ~4.5 marla

Access arrangements:

- P2 has a main vehicle/car gate from the front road.
- P3 has vehicle access through an internal/shared car gate.
- P1 has a pedestrian entry gate and internal connection.
- P4 has a separate pedestrian entry gate.

1. A clean scaled subdivision/site drawing.
2. Proper dimensions and boundary lines.
3. Plot labels (P1, P2, P3, P4).
4. Gate/access positions marked clearly.
5. A professional black-and-white layout suitable for planning/construction discussion.
6. Optional suggestions for driveway/access optimization if possible.

The attached hand sketch should be used as the reference layout.
