Residential Planning Drawings

I need detailed drawings for planning permission for an electric gate. The package should include:

- Site Plan: Showing the entire property and road at a scale of 1:500 highlighting the proposed new gate and railings as per the local and national validation criteria
- Plan - existing and proposed
- Elevations: existing and proposed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with residential planning drawings
- Familiarity with local planning regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
