Residential Permit Plans Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Looking for an experienced draftsperson who can prepare architectural and permit plans for various tiny homes and container homes as per the building codes (US only). A long term partnership, one who can translate my ideas into a full, code-compliant drawing set.
Scope
• Produce a complete suite of architectural plans—floor plans, elevations, site plan, sections, MEPs, structural details and any details typically required by local authorities for residential permits.
• Align every sheet with a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Deliver in both editable CAD (DWG/DXF or Revit) and print-ready PDF formats.

What I need from you
• Precise drafting that meets residential building codes.
• A logical sheet index and clear annotations.
• Two rounds of refinements included so the set sails through the permit desk.
