Residential PDF to AutoCAD Floorplan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a PDF drawing of a residential property that needs to be converted into an accurate AutoCAD floor plan. The finished DWG must reproduce every wall, door, window, and other architectural elements that appear in the source, and it should read clearly at 1/4"=1'-0" imperial scale. Please add room labels and place precise linear dimensions throughout the file. Use provided plan templates to keep layers consistent.
Deliverables
• Layered AutoCAD DWG (Model Space, metric units)
• All rooms clearly named and dimensioned
• Doors, windows, and architectural details traced to scale
• File ready for me to open in AutoCAD 2021 without missing fonts or X-refs
Acceptance criteria
The drawing has to overlay perfectly with the original PDF when imported, dimensions must match the printed scale, and all text must be legible at 1/4"-1'-0"
