Residential Landscape Plan Update

Job ID: 40314423

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I have the original site plan of a residential property in CAD. Your task is straightforward: open the existing file, strip out everything that is no longer relevant—old plant symbols, the block-retaining-wall render, the silt-fence detail, and the location map—then weave in the current planting scheme.

I’ve already drafted the planting layout and compiled the full plant list; both will be supplied. Once the outdated layers are cleared, place the new plant material where shown on my sketch, label each symbol clearly, and insert a tidy plant schedule on the sheet.

Deliverables
• Updated CAD drawing (DWG) with all edits and new layers
• A clean PDF ready for printing that shows plant material locations plus the plant list

The file must remain in 2D plan view; no 3D modeling is required. Keep layer naming logical, use standard landscape symbols, and make sure the drawing prints to scale at 1”=10’. If you’re comfortable in AutoCAD (or compatible software) and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.

In the proposal you send, please include two minor revisions.
