Residential Kitchen Design & Technical Planning
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are looking for a qualified freelance planner or interior designer to finalize the kitchen layouts and technical planning for a residential construction project consisting of 9 kitchens:
• 8 standard kitchenettes
• 1 larger kitchen with central cooking island
The project includes design optimization and finalization of electrical and plumbing installation plans.

Scope of Work:
1. Kitchen Design
• Design finalization based on the architect’s draft
• 8 compact kitchenettes and 1 premium kitchen with island
1 Kitchen is not displayed in the drawings
• Suggestions for appliance layout, fronts, and materials
2. Electrical Planning
• Creation of complete installation plans (sockets, lighting, cooktop, appliances)
• Adherence to applicable electrical standards
3. Plumbing Planning
• Positioning of sink, dishwasher, and connection points
• Coordination with the building’s supply lines

• All DWG files are available, including architectural pre-planning
• The assignment is based on ready-to-use drafts
• Expected turnaround: within 3 working days
• Fast and focused collaboration is expected
