Residential 2D/3D Interior Design

I’m refreshing my home and need a full interior concept rendered in both 2-D plans and 3-D visuals. The project covers three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—within a residential setting. I’m after a distinctly European style: clean lines, refined detailing, and a balanced mix of comfort and elegance.

Here’s what I would like to receive:
• Scaled 2-D floor plans that show furniture placement, lighting points, and clear circulation paths
• Photorealistic 3-D renders (day and night scenes) that capture materials, colors, and ambience
• A concise mood board with reference images, color palette, and material samples
• A specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures, and finishes, along with sourcing links or product codes
• Editable source files (AutoCAD / Revit for plans, SketchUp / 3ds Max + V-Ray or equivalent for renders) so I can make future tweaks if needed

Accuracy is essential: dimensions must match supplied measurements, and the 3-D images should faithfully reflect the 2-D layouts. If you work in another comparable toolset, let me know—flexibility is fine as long as the final output meets these criteria.

Once I share the existing plans and photos, you can start with an initial concept; after one feedback round we’ll move to final renders and documentation. Let’s create a cohesive European-inspired home that feels both timeless and inviting.
