I am seeking a talented 2D designer to create an innovative and efficient floor plan for a modern residential house. The design should showcase a thoughtful layout that optimizes the available space and reflects a contemporary architectural style.
The key requirements are as follows:
- Total built-up area: 850 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 750 sq. ft. on the first floor
- 4 bedrooms (3 at 11x11 ft, 1 at 16x11 ft), all with attached bathrooms
- 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor
- Balconies needed for the first-floor bedrooms
- Pooja room (8x6 ft)
- Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas
- High ceiling in the hall
- Common balcony on the first floor
- No requirement for parking space
- Land Property length and breadth is open. We can take any measurements.
The design should prioritize functionality, flow, and a clean, modern aesthetic. Special attention should be paid to Vastu principles to ensure the layout is auspicious and conducive to daily living.
I have a construction budget of 28 lacs and can allocate up to 1.5k for the 2D design, including any revisions.
