Residential Floor Plan Layout -- 2

I need a detailed layout for a residential 625 sq ft property. The plan should include electric and plumbing schematics. Building plans designed in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and digitally signed and sealed by a State
of Florida Registered Architect or Engineer; to include the design professionals name, registration number, complete
address and phone number.

Requirements:
- 3-4 rooms: Living room, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms
- Accurate placement of electrical outlets, switches, and plumbing fixtures
- Compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Clear, professional design
