Residential 2D Floor Plan Drafting

A full set of 2-dimensional drawings is required for a new residential building I am developing. These plans will later drive an architectural-visualisation phase, so line work, dimensions and annotations must be clean and consistent.

You will receive rough sketches, room schedules and site notes from me. From those, I expect polished CAD files—preferably in DWG and PDF—covering floor plans, key elevations and at least one longitudinal section. Please keep local building conventions in mind and layer the drawings logically so that a 3D modeller can lift geometry directly from your files without redrawing.

Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned floor plans (DWG + PDF)
• Front, rear and side elevations
• One sectional drawing through the main stair core
• Title block with project data, scale and revision table

Accuracy to my supplied measurements (±5 mm) will be the acceptance criterion. If you already work in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or similar, mention it; I’m flexible as long as the exported DWG is clean. Turnaround for the first draft is one week, with two minor revision rounds included.
