Residential Floor Plan Drafting

I need my residential layout ideas translated into clean, accurate floor plans. I’ll share hand-drawn sketches and a brief room schedule; your job is to turn them into a professional CAD drawing that I can hand straight to the builder.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• One fully dimensioned floor plan in editable DWG (or compatible) format
• A matching print-ready PDF at 1:100 or similar scale
• Up to two revision rounds to fine-tune room sizes, window and door placements, and any notes

I’m choosing the freelancer primarily on past work, so please attach a couple of residential floor plans you’ve produced before—no need for lengthy proposals. If you can deliver a first draft within about a week, let’s get started.
