Residential Floor-Plan Drafting

I have accurate, on-site measurements for a new residential build and now need them translated into a complete drawing set. The project calls for:

• Fully dimensioned floor plans for every level
• All exterior elevations, showing materials and key heights
• Reinforcement details for structural elements

Please prepare the drawings in a standard CAD format (DWG preferred) and supply printable PDFs as well. Everything must follow typical residential drafting conventions, with clear annotations and a tidy layer structure so future updates are straightforward.
