Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need detailed architectural and civil drawings for a new residential build. My immediate priority is a clear, construction-ready set of floor plans, but I’m also open to adding a site plan and elevations if we discover those are needed to keep the project moving smoothly through permitting.
Please base the design on standard residential best-practices, showing accurate dimensions, wall types, door and window sizes, and structural notes where relevant. I work primarily with PDF for quick review, yet I’ll need the original CAD files (DWG or compatible) as final deliverables so my local engineer can make any last-minute adjustments.
