Residential Floor Plan in AutoCAD

I need a precise 2 D floor plan drafted in AutoCAD for a residential building. The drawing must be clean, to scale, and organized on logical layers (walls, openings, dimensions, annotations) so it can go straight into permitting and later construction sets. I will share my hand-sketched layout and all key dimensions as soon as we start; your role is to translate that information into a professional DWG while flagging any dimensional conflicts you spot.

Accuracy is essential, so please apply industry-standard line weights and include clear room labels. If you work in AutoCAD 2020 or newer, be sure to save a backward-compatible version so others on the team can open it without issues.

Deliverables:
• Editable DWG file of the completed floor plan
• Print-ready PDF at 1:100 (or similar) scale
