Residential 2D Floor Plan

I have the exact room and overall footprint measurements for my home sketched out and now need them turned into a clean, professional 2D drawing. The plan will be used for residential permitting and to brief contractors, so accuracy and clear notation are crucial.

You’ll receive my hand sketches with all dimensions marked; your task is to translate them into an architect-style floor plan that shows walls, openings, window swings, and basic fixtures. A crisp line-weight hierarchy, readable labels, and a simple legend are all I’m after—nothing overly elaborate, just a drawing that looks construction-ready.

Please deliver:
• One print-ready PDF (A3 or ANSI B size)
• An editable source file in DWG, DXF, or native software format

If you prefer Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, or another mainstream tool, that’s fine—as long as I receive both the PDF and an open, fully editable file.
