Residential Elevation Drawings Needed

I need a clean, permit-ready set of elevation drawings for a new residential build. The base floor plan is already drafted; what’s missing are the exterior elevations and a couple of matching sections. The elevations should read clearly for council submission, while the sections need to highlight the structural elements, electrical layout, and plumbing layout so every trade is working from the same sheet.

Here’s what I would like handed over:

• Four exterior elevations (front, rear, left, right) drawn to a consistent scale
• Two or more building sections with the structural framing, main electrical runs, and plumbing risers clearly called out
• Final files delivered in PDF for printing and DWG (or Revit) for future edits
