Residential Elevation Drawings in AutoCAD

I need accurate AutoCAD drawings for a residential property. The scope covers every elevation—front, side and rear—produced to planning-grade detail with clear dimensions, correct line weights and logical layer naming so the files slot straight into my consultant team’s workflow.

Please base all work on the sketches and reference photos I will supply the moment we start; if additional measurements are required, let me know early so I can provide them.

Deliverables
• One editable .dwg file containing front, side and rear elevations on separate, properly named layers
• Matching print-ready PDFs (A3 size, to scale)

Acceptance criteria
• Elevations align perfectly with the floor-plan grid I provide
• All external materials hatched or noted as discussed
• No stray lines, duplicate geometry, or missing dimensions when the file is audited in AutoCAD 2024

Turnaround is flexible within reason, but a first draft inside three days would keep the project on schedule.
