Residential Electrical & Plumbing CAD Layouts
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete set of AutoCAD drawings that show both electrical and plumbing runs for a new residential build. There are no existing plans to trace, so you will be working from the overall architectural footprint and room schedule that I will supply in PDF.
Electrical scope
The layout must clearly mark every lighting fixture as well as each outlet and switch, with sensible circuit grouping annotated on a separate layer. Panel schedules or breaker sizing are not required at this stage.
Plumbing scope
Create hot- and cold-water lines, waste and vent routes, plus fixture rough-in locations for kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Pipe sizing should follow standard residential practice; I will provide the local code summary for reference.
Deliverables
• One coordinated AutoCAD (.dwg) file with properly named layers
• A plotted PDF set ready for permit submission
• A short revision round to fine-tune fixture positions after my review
