Residential Ceiling & Flooring Plans
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need clear, construction-ready 2D drawings for a residential project that cover two specific packages:
1. False ceiling layout: I’m after a detailed plan that not only shows the grid and levels but also locates every lighting fixture so the electrician can install directly off the sheet. Reflected ceiling plans, sections at any level changes and a concise lighting legend will be expected.
2. Flooring layout: The entire floor area will be finished in tile. I’d like joint lines, pattern orientation (if any) and accurate room-by-room square metre take-offs so the contractor can order material with confidence.
Please prepare both sets in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF, scaled for printing on A1. Layer naming must follow a logical convention so future revisions are painless, and dimensions should be metric.
Deliverables at hand-over:
• DWG and PDF for ceiling plan with lighting symbols and schedule
• DWG and PDF for tile layout with quantities table
I will provide the base architectural floor plan and any fixture specs the moment we start. Let me know your turnaround time and, if you have a preferred title block, include a sample so I can approve it before you draft.
