Residential CAD Plans & Elevations Needed

I already have clear residential blueprints; what I’m missing is a polished CAD package I can hand straight to my builder and local permitting office. Your task is to translate those drawings into completed floor and roof plans, building sections, and exterior elevations.

Because I need the documents stamped “ready for construction” here in the United States, I’m only considering drafters with at least five years of U.S. residential experience—you’ll understand the code nuances and typical presentation standards without extra coaching.

The finished set must show:
• Fully dimensioned floor plans with electrical layout (switches, outlets, fixture call-outs).
• Coordinated plumbing layout that lines up with existing stack locations.
• Roof framing plan, noting slopes, ridges, valleys and structural members.
• Building sections keyed to the plans, calling out materials and critical heights.
• Exterior elevations with finish tags and overall height markers.
• Interior design elements that appear on the blueprints (built-ins, cabinetry, specialty lighting).

Please deliver layered DWG files plus PDFs ready for city submittal. Naming conventions should follow typical U.S. standards (A-101, A-201, etc.).
