Residential CAD Plans, Elevations, Sections

I’m developing a residential project and already have preliminary drawings that need to be translated into clean, accurate 2-D CAD documents. Your task is to take my existing material and deliver coordinated floor plans, exterior elevations, and building sections that are ready for presentation and further detailing.

All reference drawings (PDF and hand-marked DWG files) will be provided at project start. From these you’ll generate new AutoCAD files, keeping layers, line weights, and annotation standards consistent throughout. Dimensions must be exact, room names and levels clearly noted, and the three drawing types aligned so a change in one will read correctly in the others.

Deliverables (all at metric 1:100 unless noted otherwise):
• DWG and printable PDF of each floor plan, elevation, and section
• A compiled sheet set in PDF for quick review

I’ll be available for daily clarification and will review a first draft within 24 hours of receipt; two rounds of minor revisions are included before final sign-off. If you work confidently in AutoCAD (or compatible software) and have a sharp eye for residential detailing, I look forward to seeing your portfolio and timeline.
