Residential CAD Drawings & Simple Modern Elevations

PROJECT: Residential Building CAD Drawing + Elevation (G+2 + Penthouse)

Budget: ₹4500 – ₹5000 (Fixed)

I have complete planning content ready (all sizes, layout, Vastu, structure details).
You do NOT need to design — only convert into professional drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2D CAD Drawings:
- Ground floor plan
- First floor plan (Owner – 3BHK)
- Second floor (3 rental units)
- Penthouse plan
- All dimensions must be clearly marked
- Door & window sizes required
- Column layout (basic grid)

2. Basic Services Layout:
- Electrical (points + DB location)
- Plumbing (bore, sump, tank, shaft)

3. Elevation:
- 2 to 3 simple modern front elevation options

OUTPUT:
- DWG file (AutoCAD)
- PDF (A3 print-ready format)

IMPORTANT (VERY STRICT):
- I will take printouts directly from your drawings for construction
- Drawings must be accurate and fully dimensioned
- No rough or incomplete work
- Do NOT change layout
- Building must be perfect rectangle (90°)
- Do NOT rotate based on angle

APPROVAL PROCESS:
- First send ground floor drawing
- I will review and approve
- Then proceed floor by floor
- Final drawings will be checked before printing approval
