Residential CAD Drawings

I need detailed 2D floor plans, house elevation CAD drawings, joinery and construction details of the various replacements for a residential property to submit for Listed Building Consent and Planning permission for a replacement like for like window, new patio doors in the lounge, a new like for like back door and new like for like garage doors. For the floor plans and house elevations you will be working from existing old A1 blueprints I will provide which are of original proposed designs from 1979 that were not finally used so they need amendments to reflect the actual existing layout, which I will indicate the differences. They are to scale and I am getting them scanned so you can download them into QCAD type software. The various doors and window drawings will need to be created from photos and sketches and dimensions that I will give. All the final drawings should be delivered in PDF format and be of acceptable industry standard for LBC and planning permission submission so knowledge of what is required for PP is essential.

Ideal skills and experience:
