US Residential CAD Drafting Needed

I handle a steady flow of residential architectural work and need a seasoned CAD drafter who already understands U.S. building conventions. You’ll plug directly into my workflow, working live with me between 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern so we can review mark-ups in real time and turn revisions around quickly.
Scope
The immediate need is complete drawing sets for single-family homes. I will supply hand sketches, red-lined PDFs, and reference models; you transform them into professional CAD documents that follow standard U.S. layering, dimensioning, and sheet organization.
Required deliverables for each project
• Floor plans
• Exterior elevations
• Building sections
I work primarily in AutoCAD, so please be fluent and able to share DWG files that plot cleanly to scale. Accuracy, neat line-weights, and strict adherence to deadlines are essential. If you have questions during a session, I expect quick clarification so nothing stalls.
