Residential CAD Drafting Expert
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m preparing a full construction-drawing package for a U.S. residential project and want to hand the drafting off to someone who can work confidently on their own. You should already know American residential standards—layer conventions, ANSI sheet sizes, typical notes—and be comfortable turning rough sketches and mark-ups into a permit-ready set.
Scope you will handle
• Architectural: complete floor plans, building sections, roof plan with framing details, exterior elevations as needed, wall sections and schedules.
• Systems: plumbing layouts and risers, electrical plans with circuits and panel schedule, plus HVAC duct and equipment diagrams.
I’ll supply sketches, scope notes, and any manufacturer data. You’ll return DWG (AutoCAD 2018+ preferred) and plotted PDFs that meet these acceptance points:
– Dimensions in feet–inches to ⅛" accuracy
– Proper AIA-style layer naming (or let me map quickly)
– Model space 1:1 with viewports set and annotated in paper space
– Sheets clearly cross-referenced and ready for permit submission
First-pass floor plan should land within three days of award; the full coordinated set within ten. If revisions pop up, I’m quick to respond—just tag the changes clearly and keep the file hierarchy clean.
Show me at least one completed U.S. residential project that includes architectural plus plumbing, electrical, and HVAC sheets, and let me know which software versions you use. Looking forward to collaborating with someone who can take the ball and run.
