Residential 2D AutoCAD Layout

I have a residential project that still needs its first set of drawings. I’m looking for a clean, well-scaled 2D AutoCAD plan that shows the entire house in basic layout form—walls, doors, windows and room labels are all that’s required at this stage. No furniture, fixture or in-depth detailing yet; accuracy of dimensions and a tidy layer structure are the priorities.

You’ll receive the rough hand-sketch and key measurements from me the moment we start. From there, I’ll need a DWG file and a PDF export ready for print. If you’re comfortable working quickly in AutoCAD and can keep the file organised for easy future revisions, I’d like to hear from you.
