I’m converting a hand-drawn home sketch into professional 2D drawings and need someone who lives and breathes AutoCAD to get it done quickly and accurately. This is an architectural job—no mechanical or electrical overlays—so all your attention can stay on walls, openings, dimensions, and annotations that read clearly to builders and planners alike.
What I’ll supply
• A scanned PDF of the current home sketch, notes on room functions, and my preferred sheet sizes.
• Any reference dimensions I already verified on site.
What I need back
• A fully layered DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later is fine) matching the sketch and notes.
• A plotted PDF set ready for printing.
• A brief change round once I review the first pass—just to catch small tweaks.
Accuracy is everything here: wall thicknesses, window and door locations, and overall footprint must line up with the field dimensions I provide. If you draft residential plans regularly this should feel straightforward; I just don’t have the bandwidth right now.
